After Bahrain GP, Sebastian Vettel scored his second win in Formula One 2018 and began to open the distance of excellence in the drivers’ standings.
Lewis Hamilton finished second with 33 points, while Valtteri Bottas made the third jump after the podium finish. After being knocked out due to a horror pitstop that injured one of his mechanics, Raikkonen overtook Fernando Alonso in the standings.
The unforgettable star of the Bahrain GP race is Pierre Gasly. The French rider finally grabs points for the first time. Through a brilliant and consistent performance he managed to finish in fourth position and climbed into the eighth position in the standings.
Disaster failed double finish experienced by Red Bull utilized McLaren to overtake their points acquisition in the team standings. While Ferrari still occupies the top position with Raihan 65 points, winning 10 points from Mercedes.
