Hamilton also responded positively to his boss’s words. Because according to him, there are still things to be achieved with Mercedes and maybe that includes breaking the record as the driver with the most F1 championship collections, namely eight trophies.

“Just don’t know how long. To be sure, I plan to stay with Mercedes for the rest of my life,”he added.
“It’s more about figuring out what we’re going to do. Even outside the racetrack I want to build something with Mercedes and there’s a lot Mercedes can do, it’s not just car manufacturers.”He lid
Hamilton himself is indeed the most successful racer owned by Mercedes. He has presented six F1 titles which he won in a row in the 2015-2020 period.
