Yamaha’s Technician Chief, Ramon Forcada, said Ducati Corse Team rider, Jorge Lorenzo doesn’t know the Italian manufacturer’s motorcycle well. According to him, Lorenzo could not release his best performance when riding a Desmosedici.

Since joining with Ducati on MotoGP 2017, Lorenzo did not show his best ability yet. We can say; these moments are the toughest moments for X-Fuera throughout his career in world motor racing.

In fact, when imported from Movistar Yamaha, Lorenzo predicted will be one of the mainstays of Ducati. Moreover, he has three times become a MotoGP world champions. However, now his figure is lost to his teammate, Andrea Dovizioso.

According to Forcada, Lorenzo does not understand the Ducati bike he uses. This is what makes X-Fuera could not display his best performance in two seasons with the Italian manufacturer’s team.

“Lorenzo has a problem. The problem is that he does not really understand the motor he rides. Let’s see the videos about Jorge with Yamaha on the internet. Then you will see how comfortable he was when riding the bike. With Ducati, he can not do things while on Yamaha, “said Forcada, quoting from Tuttomotoriweb.

In the 2018 MotoGP premiere series that took place at Losail Circuit, Qatar, Lorenzo was back performing badly. The reason, he was unable to finish in the race because of an incident that causes him unable to continue the race.

His future with Ducati in MotoGP 2019 is now being questioned. Because, until now Lorenzo has not signed a contract extension yet with Ducati. In fact, the Spanish rider will be out of contract at the end of 2018 MotoGP season.

Lorenzo alone has a career for 10 years in MotoGP. He is known to be one of the greatest racers. How not, almost in every season he was in the top three. Only two seasons he did not finish in the top three; when MotoGP 2008 and MotoGP 2017.
